can anyone help, stuck bms spacer

Hi, looking for someone that can help me get my rear spacers out. I live in a condo and cant work on my car. But from what ive been through, its pretty stuck on there. I live in irvine. So if you have a repair shop near by and think you can get this stubborn thing off, let me know. Thanks in advance.

I would try but have no where to work on my car. Condo doesn't allow any working on cars in the complex.

Use a really skinny flat head and hammer in between the hub and spacer till you get a little gap then use the end of the hammer that you use to take nails off and wedge it in between and just pull down or up.

It's what I did when my spacer got stuck.

Thanks for the help. I bought a few things at home depot including pb blaster and some heavy duty paint scraper today. Going to try and jack up my car at work and do it myself and see how that goes.

a flat head should do it. just dont beat the crap out of it with a hammer cause it might beat up the spacer. if it matters to you. im sure youll get it off tomorrow.

Just curious but did you apply some anti-seizing lubricant when you first installed it?

If you weren't able to get it off, I can help out. I'm in Garden Grove.

Got it off today! Thanks for all the suggestions. I sprayed PB Blaster on it and let it sat there for about 5 minutes. Then i used a heavy duty paint scraper with a rubber mallet. Once i was able to establish a space big enough for a flat head. I stuck it in there from one corner to the other. Came off within minutes. Finally got my new rims on. Thanks everyone.....
