Help! Want to put M3 wheels on my non M e90

Like the title says, a local guys is selling his M3 wheels off his wrecked 2011 M3, for a hell of a good price I think?? 400 for the set?? I am wondering if I can fit them on my 06 330? Any direction or recommendations are welcomed.

If your car is lowered, you will definitely need to get your fenders rolled. The M3 wheels/tires have aggressive specs which don't really accommodate the fenders of our non-M's.

Thanks for the heads up now I just need to find someone in Washington state that rolls fenders. Will I need spacers? Or just a direct fit?

Here are my M3 219M wheels fitted without spacers or fender roll. Rear camber is -2.2 and I occasionally got slight rubbing, but since I installed Ground Control camber plates and coilovers with Eibach 440#F/800#R linear springs, I don't have that issue, anymore.

ET29 Front/ET23 Rear, spacers not needed for e90 chassis.

'07 on sport suspension (basically the same e90 chassis as yours with a different engine):

Fun at the track:

stick with non-M tire sizes because the M3 tires are too big.

They are style 220 rims don't know if the sizes vary? This tire size you posted is this recommended or is that stock tire size?

I have 220's off a 2010 m3 on my 07 335i w/ sport suspension. It rubs in the back over big bumps, but that's it. A fender roll would fix it, not sure how it is lowered though.

They are OEM M3 wheels, style 219M, the 18-inch version. Style 220 M3 wheels only come in 19-inch size.

Tire sizes are OEM standard size, because the Michelins at that size are equivalent to a +plus size set of 235/40R18 Front, 265/35R18 Rear in any other tire brand.

What tires are you running on your setup?

235/35/19 front, and 255/35/19 rear. It's a unusual setup but it works

Those are great wheels! I would have gotten them, too, but I really wanted to keep the wheels at 18 inch.

Did you realize that your rear tires are over .55 inch taller than the fronts?

On our non-M vehicles, keeping the ratio OEM will minimize or eliminate rubbing. In addition, the speedo would go haywire with that setup. At 60mph, your speedo would read 61mph.

If you want to stop the rubbing, you should follow the Tire Rack recommendations of less than 1 percent rolling diameter difference between front and back wheels.

If you use the tire calculator at the top, you will find the best/recommended size tires for 220M 19-inch rims would be:

Front 225/35R19
Rear 265/30R19

or, this is the closest in perfect wheel diameter front to back:

Front: 235/35R19
Rear: 275/30R19

The aspect ratio is an important factor for our vehicle performance.

At any rate, you have some sick wheels!

I Actually believe my fronts are 245/35/19. They were on the rims when I got them, and I just purchased brand new rears 255/35/19 so I'm going to keep those for sure.

I'm gonna replace the fronts soon, any recommendations? I got to do a little fender rolling and they'll be good : ) 225/35/19 I think is pretty close?
