Right then guys, Had been with my Fiance for 5 years so we decided to get a place of our own. Moved into our new home mortage sorted which num nuts here paid for, Everything going good and i go on holiday with the family. A couple of days into the holiday i receive a text from her saying it wasnt working and she's leaving me "oh" i thought thats pretty shit. Booked a flight home early to try and work things out but to no avail. She then came around whilst i was at work to pick her stuff up, when i got home she had literaly cleared me out, even the curtains and lamp shades had gone. didnt realy take it too well and then had to fork out more money to cancel the mortage. What a C U Next tuesday, the only reason i sold the 335d was for the mortage but oh well the Bitch has gone and i have a new love in my life my 57 reg 335I i have just bought to replace the TWAT I much prefer the new motor.

I am FUCKING livid.

Years ago (1998) I signed up to use British Telecom's new talk21 e-mail. A free e-mail that was touted as giving everyone a free e-mail for life in the UK.

So, I have happily used that account for over 14 years. (As a secondary login address, in addition to my own setup personal domain name e-mails)

Just received an e-mail from British Telecom saying I have one month to sign up to one of their paid packages or it will be deleted.

I have 14 years worth of saved mails, and 14 years worth of logins to all manner of accounts and companies.

At this moment I am furious. Basically bare-faced extortion. At least with Yahho mail, Gmail and Hotmail you can expect them to work and not just say "Pay us or we switch it off".

I am now going to waste days and days going through my life-time of accounts and rewiring them.

Already spent this morning alone fixing my phone accounts and google logins. And yesterday trying to back up all my 14 years worth of e-mail messages and logins/receipts etc.

If you are reading this British Telecom - you have more than alienated me this morning. You have gained somebody who is now going to talk negatively about you at every opportunity - for life. And not your seedy definition of life.

Statements from British Telecom not worth the paper they are written on, holding users to ransom. Immoral. PR disaster for you Warren Buckley, Managing Director, Customer Service. BT are absolute lying c*nts!!! They are basically refusing to give me my MAC code so I can move to sky for broadband. I have spent hours on the phone on hold and been told to wait 7 days for an e-mail that doesn't turn up twice.

Worst bit is on day 6 the first time the guy said well there is 1 day left but I will put it through again just incase. Then 6 days after that another agent tells me that the origional one was processed incorrectly. So the guy lied to my ear!! Surprise the second never turned up either. Third time lucky...
