Getting dealer to activate certain features?

So I'm bringing my car in this week for some other warranty issues but I figured while I'm there I would ask about their reprogramming I heard about. Supposedly you can get them to activate your angel eyes as your drl's and roll windows up/down with key fob etc...has anyone had any experience with this at the dealers here in Toronto? And if so is there a cost for it? And what exactly are the features I can ask to have engaged?
My car is an '06 325xi by the way

unless you are extremely tight with the dealer...doubt it.

Definitely pm Dimsum about it...the reason Europeans get those features and we don't is because of our crappy safety/regulations requirements. So I doubt any dealer would want to be held liable unless you a.) are buddies or b.) signed some sort of waiver.

nope the bt tool is only a diagnostic tool, and offers very little (clearing codes) if not no coding.
