ar oil cooler comes with retrofit parts or just an upgrade for ones already with stock oil cooler

It's an upgrade so you can run two for better cooling.

Yes you do have to do a little cutting in front of your radiator. But to keep your turbos cool its def beneficial. PM if you are interested!
