Advice on Breyton rims-GTS or GTP or CS
Just took off my Miro 19" CSL and looking for a new look....
Seems like I have 3 options from Breyton that are stagg. since I want to reuse my stagg. tires -race CS bright silver - race GTS hypersilver - race GTP brightsilver (these seem to be new style and made in Germany) Any advice or pics to share? My car is Black Sapphire but def dont like really dark wheels |

I'd recommend for you to check out the Avant Garde M341 GTS Style Wheels! The setup that is recommended is the 19x8.5 ET35 in the front and 19x9.5 ET33 in the rear. Here's a picture of the Avant Garde M341 GTS style wheel on a E92 335i for you to check out! I'll also shoot you over a PM with more details

All of Avant Garde's wheels utilize low pressure casting technology. Take into consideration also that all of the wheels that come standard from BMW straight from the factory are Low-pressure cast at a minimum.
Low pressure casting uses positive pressure to move the molten aluminum into the mold quicker and achieve a finished product that has improved mechanical properties (more dense) over a gravity cast wheel. Low-pressure casting has a slightly higher production cost over gravity casting. Low pressure is the most common process approved for aluminum wheels sold to the O.E.M. market. Low-pressure cast wheels offer a good value for the aftermarket as well. Some companies offer wheels that are produced under a higher pressure in special casting equipment to create a wheel that is lighter and stronger than a wheel produced in low pressure. Once again in the quest for lighter weight, there is a higher cost associated with the process. Avant Garde Wheels comes with a standard 1 year structural warranty. These wheels are manufactured to meet the highest performance, quality, and safety standards in the industry. The wheel passes JWL and VIA standards to ensure the highest level of safety and quality. Feel free to shoot me over a PM if you have any questions at all. - Alan |
