Interested in the 5000k.
How different is it from 4300k and 6000k.
I've seen diagrams, ricer cars, etc etc.... But, really... You have 6000k... How blue is it?

I'm not sure how the 5000K looks in person as I never put these in. The 6000K I have now is very blue upon initial fire-up and then the color settles to a pure white with a tiny hint of blue. It matches my OSS rings well, which is why I'm keeping it. There's a loss in output compared to the OEM 4300K though (especially noticeable in the rain).

The 5000K is supposed to be very white. With 99% of bulbs, you lose output when you go higher than 4300K. The benefit of the CBI is that you don't get the loss in output as with other bulbs. The 5000K CBI is whiter than OEM 4300K while having more output.

Thanks, lastly where did you purchase these from? I'm sure they're genuine, but there are plenty of "genuine-like" products out there. I'm wondering where these were originated. Thanks.

I got them from a group buy on the HID Planet forums for $195 shipped. As far as I know, there haven't been any fakes of the Osram CBI (yet).

CBI are sold. Other two bulbs are still available - make me a reasonable offer and I'll probably accept it.
