The dealer probably forgot to put the screw in the last time the car was at the dealer.

Let's face it, there are so many stories of things not being covered. For me, being told it's normal that my door locks when I want to get into the car (comfort access) is one of my personal examples. Does a person really want to drive around from dealer to dealer trying to get something fixed? Not really. We probably make more $$$ by just going to work rather than spending time off going all over the place.

No clue...they said something was wrong with the motor and they wouldn't cover it because it's not a factory defect or something. One dealership said it was as simple as pushing some ball bearing back into place and they showed me it but I was skeptical about that so I brought it to shop to look at my headlight compared to another working adaptive headlight, and the motor and configuration inside looked identical meaning nothing was popped out of place.

So right now, I'm just driving around with the driver's headlight turned to the left and not centering or moving at all with the steering wheel.

I only tried two dealerships. Went to a shop to see if they could fix it but after an hour or two, they couldn't fix it. One of the dealerships told me they would give me about 15% discount on the labor. I should shop around more I guess to see if anyone can fix it.

The OP did say his car was a CPO, so maybe its the CPO warranty he's referring to. The original 50K/4yr warranty would definitely have covered it.

True, but not sure whether his original warranty is out. I bought mine CPO and it also had about 10000kms left of original warranty.

Yep. The CPO warranty is very sneaky, and doesn't cover everything.
