Rain machine. I take it on all overnight trips. I crank it up so I do not hear crickets and shit. Or clocks ticking. Ticking clocks reminds me of staying with my g mother as a kid. She would not use the AC and I would lie there sweating listening to that ticking clock. Very traumatic.

damn I have the same problem i can't go to sleep until 4am and then have to wake up at 7am.....I usually listen to my ipod till i fall asleep and just put it on random...
