I bought my CPO E93 N54 about a year ago without the sports package, but mainly because of the deal I got and it was everything else I wanted.
Wish I had the seats, but it does have the sport wheel and upgrades to the suspension make it pretty good

I wish i had the sport package just for the seats. I delimited my top speed anyway, i have an e92 so i have the sport suspension regardless, and I have aftermarket wheels... but damn it would be nice to have those seats.

I made the mistake (a BIG one) of settling on a vehicle without the sports seats and I regret it. It's something I often look at correcting either with an OEM seat swap or a Recaro.
EDIT: +1 on the sport wheel as well. My buddies E92 has the sport wheel and it just feels so much better.

It depends on where you live to be honest. The seats are amazing, and if the roads near you are good, its a nice package. If your roads are crappy like they are in much of the midwest and northeast, you might want to avoid it. Its stiffer than the standard suspension, so you will feel bumps much more.
