if your talking about autowest bmw in richmond, bc. You can request for a bmw for a courtesy car, when you book an appointment. And they will try their best to get you a bmw.

Ya, they gave me a Toyota once. I told them that it just won’t do, so they switched it to a 328. I felt kind of like an elitist snob but whatever...

It's only natural that they will reserve their best courtesy cars for the baller customers driving M's, X6, 7 series, etc. The 3 series is on the low end of the price spectrum sorry to say. With that said, you might have more luck getting a good car earlier in the morning. I got an X3 at 9:00am appointment once, and a 328xi at 8:30am, and a camry at a 1:00pm appointment.

I usually get BMW loaners at Autowest. X3, 135, 328. But once I got a Nissan Sentra when I dropped by with the HPFP problem without an appointment.

mostly get versa, corolla from autowest. Though have had a clubman wagon and a 323i. Jessel gave us a 2010 x3 3.0i which was dec.
Have asked fro a BMW when setting an appt. 3 weeks in advance but they still say it's all about availability. Get there early and hope you get one. |

I've had my car in at Brian Jessel 3 times so far and each time they gave me a BMW loaner.
1st & 2nd time = 2009 X3 3rd time = 2010 328 I have yet to have a bad experience at Brian Jessel.

^ looool Camry hybrid. thats what my father got from auto west when he dropped his 7 off, he got an X3 another time though.
I go to BMW store for servicing, it was awesome. they gave me a choice of 335i's or 335d or 128i convertible. I chose the 128i because it was summer.
