Need front bumper paint/install this week near Baltimore

The front bumper on my E36 was damaged over the winter. I am enrolled in the NCC BMWCCA driving school this weekend at Summit Point and want to get the front bumper replaced before then. I have the parts and everything; I just need a good shop to do the work. Since the car is Avus Blue, a hard color to match, I don't want any schmoe to do the work. And I need a shop pretty close to Baltimore because it's hard to take a car far away and get a ride back home.

Any ideas?

is the bumper not firmly attached to the car now? i'd wait till after the track to get the bumper done.
