Sorry for the late reply...Yep, sad situation. Since i'm not in the US at the moment i haven't been flexible in solving this situation and haven't heard from the insurance yet. I only know that my insurance will have to pay for everything.

My question is: since the guy did not have his car registered for over a year, didnt have insurance, and was at fault, how can he contribute in solving my car's situation?

PS:The guys at the body shop said that the car is not totalled so they will fix it.

Yeah it is in Maryland. I booked a flight in the first week of June but decided to cancel last week. I've been on 7 flights since April. Im going out of town August 17-19. Then Bimmerfest would have been that very next weekend and my birthday is the weekend directly after bimmerfest. Too many vacations back to back... Too much for me. I'd rather just cancel the flight and use the credit for another time sometime this fall/winter.

I need some help...what would be a fair price for my 2008 BMW 335i? 76k miles, clean inside and out, loaded, logic 7, sport pkg, nav, 20% tint, OEM Aero lip, 18" Miro 111's, OEM BMW sport grilles, painted reflectors, and all Black BMW roundels.

Apparently when I had it up for sale a few months ago but decided to keep it, I forgot to take down one of the ads. I've gotten like 5 calls on the car in the past week, and I'm seriously considering just letting it go. I had it listed for 25,800 when it was listed a few months ago. what do you guys think about that price?

I realize you New Orleans area people will probably scoff at this, but here it goes:

Next weekend, I'm planning on a drive to the Tunica Hills area. Lunch will be had, after, at a pretty cool restaurant in St. Francisville. Then, more driving or pictures. It was just me and a couple buddies, but y'all are more than welcome to join. I have a good driving route with tight twisties, as well as an open road where triple digits are had on average. There are plenty of other roads, as well, and the scenery would make for great pictures.

With that said, I am up for a meet, more like what y'all are used to (no driving). But, it will have to be another weekend.

Im making the drive to St. Francisville August 18th.(Staying over night at the haunted Myrtles Plantation with a bunch of co workers we rented the house) So going two weekends in a row is too much for me. I'll have to pass..again lol

Speaking of meets, if anyone is interested. I'll be there again. It'll be my 4th event in the last month and a half. Feels good to start racing on a consistent basis again. Hope to see some people out there.

Dont show it alone.. When I listed my black bmw for sale last year I had Phuoc go with me to show it. Meeting complete strangers is scary.

LOL thanks for the concern, but I'm 6'4" 205. If a friend was going to meet someone I'd be the one they brought...so I think I'll be fine.

Are yall going to do some off roading, or are you sticking to pavement this time?
