BMWHK - negotiating a deal

Hey guys

Just wondering how you guys negotiate with BMW when getting a car, or do you guys just pay the sticker price?

And what kinda discount have you guys got (given its not a going out model) eg F20 or F30.

Thanks guys

BMWHK does offer a lot promotions to achieve their sales targets especially during interim or end of year.

For cars passing between years, you may negotiate for more (maybe free comprehensive insurance @ 60%NCB or free license fee).

Regular loyal discount (eligible for customers purchasing more than 2 brand new BMWs from BMWHK) is only 2% off the regular price (pre-tax).

They don't give Discount on M Cars, so I'd say just buy it.

maybe wait until the facelift / 2 series / 4 series come out...if they have excess stocks of M135i they may lower it

Maybe it would happen when the new 1M or 2M/M2 launches, but don't expect much since this car is one of the best value for money BMW.

Around 100-150k off at the beginning of 2011 before the introduction of new FRT (excluding the difference on taxes) for selected E92 M3. But BMWHK had registered to be the first owner.

In 2009, the cheapest 08/09 E90 M3 should be 939k instead of 1.089mil due to the financial crisis (excluding options).

F10 M5 and F12 M6 did have 200-250k discounts for 2012 cars, but not sure whether these offers are still available.

hmm, I agree with the fact that M135i is probably not going to have its price lowered at any time near the future (and it's already pretty much the deal of the century)

It's so cheap... compared to the 1M.

I am still thinking about it..

and it also means saying bye to my beloved 330Ci.. so might wait a while more...

also, if you think it this way, 7th gen Golf R will be around 460k +/-, S3 would be around 560k-580k anyways and you are getting a inline 6 turbo engine with big brake kit and along with some goodies as well as bmw handling and with some minor mods and you will be all over m3's tails on straights! maybe even in some twisties with the help of those turbos

And so is the Interior, when compared to the 1M.

If you've driven it, 1M is a special car, whereas M135i, even grandma can drive fast.

Don't quite agree with you regarding the interior...

yes 1M is a special car, and no i haven't had the opportunity to drive it.

I do used to drive a 128i (Canada spec), and I don't really think the interior is good at all.

Drive, yes, interior.. no...

And the F20 interior is pretty identical to the F30 which I think is great.

But each to his own.

will probably bite the bullet some time. I am pretty obsessed with the inline 6, and unlike most, I think the f20 looks good

good call, just some minor mods such as front lip and a drop and some nice wheels would transform the car totally.

i think the new F20 M135i has a much better design interior than 1m?

Since you're looking at the F20, it's good that you like it.

I have the E90, and when I sit inside the F30, it just feels lacking for me.

Maybe it'll improve on the M, but the car is still too big for my taste.
