OK, I've been waiting since January order, and FINALLY April is here. This is my second BMW order, and 1st was no where near as painful. If I hear "Scheduled for production with no confirmed production date yet" I may seize! I am status 112, PN 3584xxx, with week 15-16 tentative build. CA says build possibly this week. Anyone else with similar timeframe?? Cheers!

Ya I am similair build date. I have 3591xxx and was told week 16 for build by BMWNA, my CA tells me though it is week 14 so not sure. Either way the wait is almost over.

It looks like our cars will be built during the same production week I suspect. As I mentioned, this is my second BMW order. With my 1st car, BMWNA and OC were far behind actual progress (latter > 10 - 14 days almost). My car was physically at the dealer when OC showed it still to be "en route." It was quite a pleasant suprise! BTW - saw a 335i vert yest at dealer - sweet!

Week 16 production date. Sometimes I call the 800# just for a laugh. I don't know what I will do when the status actually does change. Probably I'll be so happy!!!

In any case, I have read elsewhere that the status doesn't chagne until a week or so before it actually goes into production (which may or may not be true), so I don't expect to hear anything other than "your vehicle is scheduled for production, with no confirmed production date" for at least another week and a half...

Yes! My car started production today, week 14, 4/2/07 per BMWNA. Status 150. This is what my CA has said all along. BMWNA had said 4/16 for weeks. FINALLY!!!!!!!!!

My prod# is 3577xxx, scheduled for wk15 production. As of last Friday (3/30), it went into 150 status, with an estimated completion date of 4/10.

As of this morning, the status was still the same. I would expect it to be in the body shop any day now.

Ordered my 328 on 3/28 Production #3612xxx. Went to status 150 on 3/29. Went to status 151 (body shop) this morning. Estimated completion 4/10.

Looks like we're all in the same production time. Mine went to the paint shop today, 4/3. Should be done by 4/10. Ordered on 2/16. Now it's time to be patient and sit tight.

Ordered 335i convertible on March 13 and got the productiin number yesterday, April 2nd (almost an April fools's joke). Car has ALL options except Active Steering and Active Cruise as I did not like either when I test drove. Anyway CA indicated a week 18 build and should be here early to mid June. At least I have my 330cic to drive as the weather approaches the top down era.

The changes from my 2004 330cic to the 335i convertible are really incredible. I really enjoy the ride in my 330 and am hoping that it is as good or better in the 335 and that the reliability is at least as good.

Speaking of reliability I have a pool going with the guys in the service department at my dealership as to how many times in the first year I have to have the car in for service on the TOP !! Anybody out there want to guess ???

i have a feeling that i'll extend the warranty just for that reason - the top. although, my friend has had an mb sl500 for three years and the top works just as it did brand new. then again, it's two pieces vs. three pieces.

Well, next week is Week 15. According to what I have read on e90post.com, the status on the 800 number usually changes the week before it actually goes into production, so you are due this week.

If I were you, I would call the 800 number then say "customer relations". They will have the latest info. If you call Thursday or Friday this week I would bet you get the actual production date...

Finally got a change on OC with "scheduled or in production" and VIN. Car started production Mon.!!!!!!!!

Put my order in on March 27th and was able to purchase the last april production car my dealer had. Called my sales guy today and he said it went into production on Apr 2nd.

The 1 week wait is killing me.

Just kidding...so when are we supposed to be getting our cars if they've started production?

Here's Wallenius shipping schedule for April to East Coast. Remember for Charleston final destination (like me) add several more days to arrival time as ship has to cruise down the coast after unloading in NYC.

Yup. Ordered March 17. Week 16 (week of 4/16) production. Prod# 3598xxx. We got an April allocation. Early June delivery (western US) is what I was told...

Our status ought to change to 150 sometime this week...keep your fingers crossed!
