LTBMW E90-LCI M-Tech Lip Installed!
FINALLY got this thing installed. Special thanks to LTBMW both Long and Robben hooked it up. At first I was going to rattle can the lip like I rattle canned my diffuser.
Well, did not quite work out too good. It turned out like crap, so I went out, bought some acetone, removed the silver paint, clear coat, sanded it down, and sprayed it with some Kragen Trim paint which is a matte black but a tad darker than what the lip. The lip was a PITA to install as well. The lip has some heft to it and double sided tape alone will not secure this lip and I didn't want to use glue. After a pack of cigarettes, 10 bolts, 20 washers, 10 nuts, and some double sided tape... I FINALLY GOT IT ON! I would say the fitment is about 95% Was at a local wharf eating and decided to pull into a boat yard and snap some pics. ENJOY!!! (Sorry for the quality, it was on the fly so pics were snapped with my phone) |

Double tape for the face, bolts, washers, and nuts for the bottom. When you line up the lip with the car, you will see where there are the holes on your OEM bumper. Just drill the lip accordingly. The bolts should go right through the hole that was drilled and through the oem hole. Now use the washers and nuts to secure!
