Intake Air Temp sensor

I was helping a friend last weekend work on his 2007 328i. The repairs we did cleared up all the codes except for one related to the intake air temperature. I have searched on REALOEM and could not find the sensor in the intake track. Is the IAT sensor integrated in the MAF sensor? If not, where is the IAT sensor located? Any help with a diagram and/or part number would be appreciated.

I used Carly to pull the codes.

So the description of the code provided by Carly says Intake Air Temperature. I will see him this weekend and pull the codes again to confirm.

Thanks for the confirmation that the IAT sensor is integrated into the MAF.
