Muffler and Resonator deleted
Who here has a muffler and resonator deleted?
My current setup, muffler and resonator deleted. follow by 3"in pipe(basically secondary cats, y piped into a single 3" pipe all the way to the tips) Went from PE to dis and its loud AF. I have drone on highway and it hella loud when i first start the car. It sounds hella raw and when i slow down it has a nice back fire pop sound. Anyone know if i put my OE resonator back onm will it quiet my car a little? Basically want a muffler deleted and NOT muffler and resonator deleted... Try to put the resonator back on and see how you like it. I have the muffler delete with stock resonator still in place and love the sound. It burbles a ton in DS mode and doesn't drone terribly bad IMO. And, I think it sounds better than the PE. It has a much deeper rumble to it compared to the tinny PE. |

Wanted a custom setup and PE is weak
PE is weak AF Quote:
I wanted a custom setup and something louder/raw than PE, might put on the resonator if its too loud, but its grown on me and its only loud if you gas it. |

Haha I tried the same thing yanked it off at the cats and ran straight pipe all the way back at my shop, loud AF I couldn't even here the radio ever. So I switched back to stock saving up for AA and some catless mid pipes.
