Can someone reccomend a dealership with good servivce and loaner.(maybe long island?)

just called up Rallye.... I asked to get a bmw loaner... and was told that "we wouldnt be able provide you with alternate transportation" because I didnt get my car there...

so for those that said they got BMW loaners..... they wont give you ANY loaner if you dont buy from them...

yuuup...my experience exactly. I suppose you would need to know the right person or "take car of" your SA to get a loaner there.

I did a Euro Delivery so I went with Ricki Shamen. She has a lot of experience with ED's, and the deal was good. If you want to know more, I'll give you the scoop through PM.

It was a few years ago but I think Hassel had a special program for $200-300
that allows you to use their loaner if you didnt buy a car from them

I was pissed when BMW oF Smithtown informed only after the deal was done that they have "A great fleet fo Camries" as loaner even for those who bought a car from them

No other brand refuses to give a loaner if you did nto buy a car from certain delearship, what s wrong with BMW???

I mean BMW are you listening, whats WRONG?

nope, I haven't been there for service. It's a good 45 min drive for me, so it isn't very convenient to bring it there. How is their service?

no clue...but I'm also 45 min away and it's not convenient for me either... trying to figure out where to take the car for minor warranty issues, just dont want to drive a POS while they're doing it

Kev, go to Hassel.

I've been going there with my current car and my previous bmw as well, I think they do a great job. Call Paul Giaquinto or Kati Arcadi at 516-868-4554.

The one thing I'm not sure about, is if they will give you a loaner if you didn't buy the car from them. However even if they don't, they have the LIRR 2 mins away and will drive you over/pick you up.

Just called BMW of Manhattan.... I didnt mind paying a one time fee of 25 bucks...but I was told it's 25/day of having a bmw as a rental... no thanks...
