E90 2011 Efficient Dynamics Spec - How much lower?
Afternoon folks,
This weekend I have just fitted some 19" Avant Garge M310's to my 2011 EfficientDynamics spec E90, I must admit I wasn't expecting the arch gap to be so low, it has got me wondering just how much lower than a standard E90 the ED spec is. With a full car I was getting rubbing on the rear going over uneven road or bumps, which makes me think this must be quite a bit lower than standard. I was looking at getting some H&R sport springs to lower it but I'm not too sure now, and also not too sure about how much lower they will make it. Perhaps it will still be worth doing to make the ride firmer, meaning the there won't be so much risk of movement and rubbing when I have people in (I fully appreciate that the ride won't be anywhere near the same) Any ideas? |

Efficient dynamics does nothing for ride height. It's just a marketing term. The gap is smaller because the rolling diameter is larger.
