I'm looking to assign the lease on my 2007 335i Sedan which I got Euro Delivery on last August. The lease is up at the end of July 2009. It's 10k miles a year. I've only used 3500 miles so far this year. The car is immaculate.

Exterior: Jet Black
Interior: Terra Leather
Trim: Aluminum
Transmission: Manual

Options: Sport Package, Fold-Down Seats

The car is in the San Francisco Bay Area and I would much prefer to do a local deal. I'm looking for someone to pay the lease assumption fee (470) + my security deposit (which you will get back at the end).

We are taking over another lease on the car I really wanted (an M coupe).

No, tax depends on the county you are in so I cannot compute the payment with tax at this time. In my county tax is 33/mo.

Thanks, I've been trying to keep the Craigslist crazies away, but I'm going to list it on there tomorrow just to get rid of it. I'm amazed its not gone yet. The people I've spoken with said they think the terms are fair, but no one has pulled the trigger yet.

im down to take the lease over.... actually my girlfreind is looking for a car.

What are the lease terms? and the only thing we pay out of pocket is 450? Lastly what are the specs of your car? What the money factor and residual?

The lease is 10k/year. It started on July 28, 2007 and goes until July 28, 2009. I have used 3450 miles so far.

The car is a manual, sport package with fold-down rear seats. The exterior is jet black and the interior is terra leather with aluminum trim.

The out of pocket costs are 470 for the lease assumption fee + 450 (to cover my security deposit which you would get back at the end of the lease) + the portion of the payments from delivery to you until June 28th (I have prepaid until then). The first payment to BMWFS would be on June 28th.

The money factor was .00200 and the residual was 74%. The lease payment is low because I got it for 500 dollars over Euro Delivery invoice. I put nothing down on the car.
