Track driving course suggestions

I'm the typical nearly 40 car/driving enthusiast with a day job and occasional trips to open lapping days. Looking to improve my skills and enjoyment with no intention to compete. CASC has a course at Shannonville, Mosport has several, TMP/Cayuga offers something, BMW has it's own courses. Anyone experienced one or more and have an opinion? Thanks.
