Desi4Life10 did it as well as andrey_gta and both say it's one of the best mods we can do in terms of performance. You'll need the AA Tune to take full advantage of it though but even without that you'll feel a difference. I know Desi4Life10 did the swap himself, not sure about andrey_gta though. Since you're car seems to be always at SX already like Havok's why not just get Ron to do it?

The mod is definately worth it. It is the best hp/$ amount if you can find it used. I have been running with this setup for a little over a year now and have the manifold with AA tune. See my dyno results for comparisons:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=727141 I have a spare manifold that needs some slight repair. Haven't gotten to it yet. I installed everything myself and a friend pho_e92. Andrey also installed it himself. Sx should be able to do it if you are east end. |

Bimmersport is great and you won't have any problems. John will take care of you. Thanks for the heads up regarding the flash. I read about it but never looked into it. I am running an AA flash that was tweaked a bit more from their Stage 2 flash. I am in contact with bimmersport to look into the updates and see the benefits. |

328's already have the 3 Stage Manifold. Only upgrade left would be some software. That'll get you into 330 territory.

Only the 328s with N51 engines do (ie. sold in california and virginia I believe). That's why it's such a popular mod for those with 328s outside of those states.

For anyone wondering if they have it or not, if you have a DISA valve, then you have the manifold already. |

Booked appointment with bimmersport, installation will be on 29th. They ask $350 for labour and flash ungrade.
