How hard is it to buy eBay UK items and have them ship it to the US? Has anyone ever done this? Is it worth it? How compatible are the UK items to US cars, fitment wise? Questions questions..

What're you trying to buy? I think it depends on the item and seller, but I bought a M3 replica spoiler painted and shipped from someone in Taiwan that was shipped to my house within a week. The paint matched perfectly too.

I don't know if you've ever checked it out on the UK site but their have a way better selection and cheaper too I think. But I imagine that it would be ridiculously expensive to ship from there. I don't know.. I'm looking for anything I can get a good deal on.. Mainly mtech front/rear bumpers.. I'm not really in the market per se, just browsing..

There's some things I wouldn't buy on eBay like MTech front/rear bumpers because you might run into fitment issues. I kind of took a chance years ago and bought an aero lip from eBay though that was painted & shipped and it fits just fine surprisingly. For an actual bumper that's not OEM though, I wouldn't really trust anyone from eBay. I got a Mtech rear from **********s that fits spot on and is much cheaper than OEM. I'd recommend getting it from a vendor if you don't want to get the actual OEM one.

I do it all the time with my range roger we parts/accessories. Shipping is spendy from there. But for example I got my running board which retail at $1300, for $250+120 shipping. Can't really complain. Insanely good price.
