how to get rid of amber reflectors in headlights

Does anyone know an effective way to get rid of the bright amber reflectors and the pre lci e90 model? In the past I have used the pre cut tint stickers to darken them but I had to get rid of them because I felt like they were too cheesy looking. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok. Best-Headlight-Reflector-Delete solution award!
Best I've seen yet.
Very nice.

OSS Designs, hunh? Would love to know how the "pros" open your headlights, or if they do it the same as regular people - heat+brute force? I'd love to DIY the same, but don't want to risk destroying my headlights on my own.

With the E90's you are forced to cut the lens open, they don't respond to baking. It's then resealed with silicone. That's how all of the lighting vendors do it on the E90

Good to know! Thanks!
Glad I didn't try baking them... ha, as I didn't know that.

They should make them with zippers or velcro.

Unfortunately you need to throw in cheap looking and not appealing.. plastidip has its uses, no doubt, but it shouldn't be used on headlights..
