Car is in great shape and has all maintenance up to date. I have the entire service history of this car in the glovebox. I bought it from an Architect whose brother was a certified BMW technician. So it got every recall or TSB ever issued for it.

The upgrades are simple ones. I did the tinted windows on it through Blackout Tinting here in Edmonton.

Has Blizzak winter tires on the stock rims which handle great in winter. Only one season on them as I just bought the tires in October. It has 19" CSL rep wheels with Toyo Proxes tires for summer. I just bought these in May so they also only have one season on them.

Has all power options and sunroof.

Car has been great and is a joy to drive. Gets 700km to a tank(60L) of fuel. But still has 300hp to get up and go when you to.

I already bought another car so I'm rather motivated to sell. Only reason for selling is that I change up vehicles quite often.

Only issue currently is that the passenger side fog light is broken from being hit with a rock. I have a replacement on order already though. Stock wheels have slight curb rash from previous owner. Front bumper shows its kilometres, if I was keeping the car I would just 3M/Suntek over it.
