Finally got around to taking some pictures of the car with the old BMW Performance dampers paired with Eibach Pro Kit Springs. Sorry for the crappy pictures, took my camera but the battery died so I was left with no choice but to take pics with my 1 mp Blackberry.

I don't have a lot of miles on them so I really cannot comment on the handling outside of saying it feels dramatically improved, steering response feels MUCH better, body roll has been greatly reduced and the car doesn't squat anymore when I accelerate. The suspension feels firm, but not to firm, and very composed.

It finally now has the stance it has been longing for. The drop by comparison to the stock OEM suspension is dramatic, but my most people's standards or by comparison with the ZSP it is rather subdued, which is what I like about it. The springs need to settle some more at which point I will take it back to get it aligned again.

I will report back on the handling once I get more time behind the wheel, but so far so GOOD.

Yes. 19x8.6 front and 19x9.5 rear running on 235/35 f and 265/30 r

I've got my AST coilovers coming this week and I'm going to lower it about the same amount. Did you measure the drop?

I did not, but I can say with some confidence the Eibach's dropped my car down over my base OEM suspension height lower then the 1" to 1.5" Eibach claims. Probably closer to 2"+. I have barely a 1 finger gap in the rear, and a solid 1 finger gap up front.

Thank you. I put about 150 mi on them so far and they have settled even more.

As for the meets would love to, but I don't see much posted under the mid Atlantic section concering local meets, but maybe that will change now that he weather is warming up? I am sure I can squeeze in a meet or two between my kids soccer practices

Yes I can see that. Seem pretty low for prokit, espcially the rear drivers side. It looks really good.

I suspect the drop might have something to do with the old BMW Performance damper perches, but I am not sure.

I have an E90 07 335i. Eveyrone here says to get the Eibach Pro Kit but friends tell me I need to get coil overs. What is better? I want a mild drop with little sacrifice to ride comfort. I dont want to bottom out or feel like i am in a go-cart when driving my luxury car.

Should I do the ebauch or coil overs? Whats the pros and cons?

It has nothing do with what is better and everything to do with you what you are looking for in a suspension system. I went through the same gaunlet of options and like you I was looking for a moderate drop and improved handling while still maintaining a comfortable ride. I don't track my car so coilovers are unecessary for my purpose.

Based on your other thread, Eibach Pro Kit springs will provide you with you are looking for. Although pairing them with a shock that is more suited for lowering springs, I would be willing to bet your ZSP shocks will hold up pretty well and match the spring rate of the EIbach Pro Kit springs okay. If you do not want to risk it buy shocks to go with them, like the Koni FSD's.

Tires are 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear. Based on my experience, ditching the RFT's was the best thing/mod I have done so far. No rubbing and better road feel/handling.

Looking to do the same thing. What brand/model of tire are you running?

Since that's a different stagger (225/255 vs 235/265), have you noticed any differences? Good or bad?

Cont DWS since I am using them year around. Differences,,,, Good = looks cool and I assume it gives me slightly better traction/grip Bad = none However, they are very low profile tires, so with that comes some risks.
