Just tuned 335i. Drive in D or Sport Mode?

I just installed my Cobb AP. I was just wondering if you guys are driving in D or in Sport Mode.

Sport mode by default unless freeway traffic is bad then I switch to D mode... M mode is when I feel like controlling my revs (spirit driving)

Does the M Sport 2011 335i have an M mode and a normal drive mode?

Did the alpina flash and have the cobb AP and I only stay in D till oil needle starts moving then its to sport mode. I'm destroying gas though

D till oil warms up then M from there.
