Any solutions?

LOL my E91 is making a weird noise when turning right at low speeds and low temperatures. Have had this since last winter.

I am getting this issue this winter... for the past 5 years I never had an issue with this in the NorthEast winters. Mine is a wirebrush rubbing sound when the temps are cold and I first start the car in the morning. The car can be in Park and all I need to do is turn the steering wheel a 1/4 turn in either direction and I will get that wirebrush rubbing sound. It also happens on low speed turns when the car is cold.

today the temps are 55*F and I have no issues with the sound at all... but a couple days ago we were at -2*F and it was very noticeably pissed off when I started the car (had the squeak when turning for the entire day).

My car started doing the squeaking as well about a week ago when turning the steering wheel to the right. It will make the sound even if I'm completely stopped. After talking to my brother, he thinks it's the strut mount bearings. Sure enough, the seal on the passenger side strut mount is visibly ripped on the top. I'm getting both of them replaced this week.

Know this is old but anyone have the same issue regarding a grinding noise from the d/s rear? I’m taking it into the dealer tomorrow so they can take a look to see what it is! Here’s a link to a video I found where it sounds like it has the same exact problem but I’m not sure what it could be!?
