SatNav stop working !!!!!

Hi

So, my car is now just 3yrs old last month and my SatNav is has stop working.

Basically, the SatNav is greyed out and cannot access it

Anyone else had this problem. I have bought an extended warranty , so will assume I am covered

The iDrive sat nav? Do other screens on the iDrive work? Are you sure you're not just stuck on "arrow display" with no destination set?

yes , everything else works. if I press radio , cd the option works. if i press the satnav button, nothing displays. also, cannot access it via the screen either

I saw 330 in your "drives:" tag and figured you had a 2006 like me (330i) but I see it's a 2009. That would be CIC right? I can't help you there.
