I used the Velocity Motoring CSL replica 19" wheels designed for the E46 M3 on my E90 335i. The front are fine with 245/35/19, however the rears rubs too easily with 275/30/19"s. I tried the 265/30/19s (Generals) and it scraped the outer upper fender lip over bigger bumps with the tires when they were new. When the tires were over 50% worn, they have been pretty good. But remember the wheels are 1/2" wider than the stock M3 wheels. Also, the stock M3 255 tires would probably work anyways. In my case, I recently transferred the wheels to my E92 Coupe 335i, and those same half worn 265/30/19" on the CSL replicas rub much easier than on the Sedan. I am going to have to get the rear CSL replicas with more offset.

Which wheels are you talking about here? The CSL?
