Help with question about H&R 5MM spacers!

I have a pair of H&R 5mm spacers that i would like to put on my e92 335i.

I read on i think turner motorports site that u can NOT use these spacers with alloys that have a chamfered edge.

I want to use these with my oem 230 alloys but they have a chamfer and so do these spacers!

Anyone using 5mm spacers and if yes what brand are they?
