My lease ends in 90 days. 20k miles used, '10 335d, $30k residual, no problems, so cal car.

Any negotiation strategies for purchase? Should I expect to pay < $30k? Should I get it cpo'd?

I still like the car but not married to it.

Price seems great as long as its got some options. I would base CPO on your experience so far. Miles are low so you probably won't take advantage of the 100k miles.

That should be well worth the 30k residual which will probably be lower if you negotiate down
