Nav Disc - Which version came with your car?
I took delivery of my car on June 1. The nav disc that came with the car was 2007.2.
According to the Navteq website, the latest version is 2008.1 which came out in March. For those of you who took delivery in the June timeframe, what version of the nav disc came with your car? I was surprised to find an entire neighborhood missing when I punched in a friend's address over the weekend. Granted his house is relatively new but I'm pretty sure the development has been around for at least a year. |

I got your version as well. I went back to ask the dealership and they gave me the 2008 one, but it doesnt work in my Nav. So, I have no choice but to use the older version.

I believe the nav disk revision has more to do with the actual build date rather than the date sold to the first buyer.

or search for BMWNav_20081.iso or demand your dealer give you a current nav disk as it is rediculous that you have a 2 month old car with an old nav dvd
