If u go to Fields in Daytona just give Tony a call...he's great, apparently they actually like their customers at Fields BMW...go figure. I have bought several from them in the past few years now that I would have preferred to buy and service locally but Tom Bush BMW sucks at customer service. Another thing...I don't think Tom Bush BMW ever cleans out their loaner cars...every time I got one it was disgustingly dirty. The last time I got a car from them it was pretty obvious that the previous driver had Taco Bell from the shredded cheese and lettuce on the passenger seat...oh, and the Taco Bell wrappers on the floor in the back.

QuickAG,
Congrats on the new car...you'll love it, I can't help but grin every time I drive it. I was afraid that it would do alot of sitting in my garage when faced with driving the M3 vs. driving the 335 every day but the M3 only sees rare duty on weekends these days.

Another S. Blanding area here... I think this is my first or second post.

Are there meet up nights? I would like to hook up and check out what you guys are doing with your rides. I want to upgrade my exhaust, but would like to hear others so I can choose the sound I want.

i wouldnt say this guy is "good" but he patched up some dent i had from a city pothole a while back. dont remember the name but he's on beach blvd behind a hess gas station. right across from where 904 motorsports used to be. i would probably look for a better place but if you can't find anyone else look up that guy.

You could try Tom Bush on Blanding. If that's not any better, try the BMW dealership in Gainesville or Daytona. Only downside is that if you get your services done at Tom Bush, you probably won't get a loaner. Tom Bush actually gave me loaner last time even though I did not purchase from them, but their service still sucked.

Not sure if you would buy a used one or not, but yesterday I saw a white 335 sedan at the Honda dealership at the Avenues.

my family has bought 5 cars in 7 years from TB in Regency and our experiences with Chuck Hollis have been great. I bought my current car at Fields in Daytona b/c they gave me a lot for my trade [bc they own a land rover dealership so my trade (an 06 range rover hse) was worth more to then than TB] and bc TB didnt have what i wanted and Fields did. I worked with Jack Adams at Fields. TB Regency has good sales, but service and parts are RETARDED! One SA [wont name him] told my mom that the leatherette in the X5 loaner they gave us was more expensive than leather. idiot.

I always thought all luxury car dealers were jerks, cuz most in jax are. But fields was great.

I pull up, Jack sees us pull in and greets us. Has my 3 waiting for me [I had put a $1k deposit down] hands me the keys and says to me and my younger sister, "go for a spin while me and your dad start the paper work". All I had given them was a grand and he let me take a car that wasn't even mine out without a tag for a spin without him in the car. IM ONLY 16!!! I was shocked and pleased.

They told me what they would give me for my Range [its a rare car, every option and most desirable color combo, they were thrilled to have it traded] before I got there but that that number was contingent on them seeing it and confirming its condition. I expected to get there and them try to get another $1k outta me. But they had their guy look at it and he said, "We'll give you the number we talked about.] I was SHOCKED.

My dad wanted to put the difference between my old car and new car on his AmEx [own all the cars free and clear] for the points and they were like, "okay Mr. Katz [my dad] thats fine." Most dealers would NEVER do that.

We signed all the paper work, he transfered my license plate, gave me 3 key rings and told me he was sending me a new master key because the second one hadnt come in with the original owner and to let him know when my sister was ready for her M3 [grad present after she drives the dads jeep for high school]. for a dealer to do that is AMAZING. most just say heres one key and if u dont like it we'll gladly charge you for a new one.

Jack also offered to meet me halfway between Jax and Daytona to be able to service my car at Fields. They know my family pretty well at TB so i service it there but i would definitely do it if I was 21 and could get a loaner.

sounds like a great experience at fields. amazing that u got a 335 at 16 yrs old. lucky kid. even luckier sister when she graduates. but then again..."ponte vedra" says it all i guess. i've been to both OP and regency and i would say regency is the better of the two mainly because we've built a relationship buying from there for a while and they know us better. they seem friendlier than blanding, and the SA @ regency even let us testdrive a 650i and a 335 while we were waiting around for some maintenance on our car. we took it all over the place lol (wouldnt you??) they just slapped on a magnetic plate and let us roam free around jax. (no $1,000 down payment on anything either XD)

blanding TB is a dif story...their service is bleh..took 3 hours to drive away with an oil change, and i had to bring it back not 10 minutes later bc they forgot to change the wipers (which i told them needed replacement prior to bringing it in). not one person came up to me while i was car browsing asking if i needed help. you'd think they'd try harder with the "recession".

if ur determined to buy here in town, u gotta go see chuck. i brought one of my friends in who had just totaled his 08 5 series and took us all around looking for a new car for my friend. he ended up liking a CPO 750Li and had no problem letting him driving it when he forgot his license. hes a laid back guy, always top salesman, and is soo not pushy
