Track day - winter tyres

Going to a track day tomorrow at Oulton Park.

The forecast is cloudy, light rain and temps from -1 to +5.

Should I keep the winter tyres on? Will they get frazzled?

Or should I put the summers on?

Take both sets, see what the track is like when you arrive.

I reckon you'll soon get summer tyres up to temperature on a track day.

speed rating

many winter tyres have a lower speed rating than summer tyres. Check before hoofing it down the main straight

Fully 'Y' rated - no probs there...can't see me exceeding 186mph too often.
