BMS CAN Tool help

Looking for someone near Allentown, PA that has a BMS CAN Tool. Everything i read says they are not VIN locked. Looking for someone to highjack my fuel gauge into a boost gauge for a small fee or just to help out. I don't really want to buy the can tool for over 100$ just to highjack one gauge.

buy jb4 and use the steering controls to set fuel to boost gauge thats one way
