Lease advice

I'm interested in a 2011 328i I saw. It has an msrp of 48,850, an invoice of approximately 44,200, and edmunds tmv price of 43,500. What do you think is a reasonable price for the car? Also, I know BMW is never flexible with MF and residuals, but do you think they might budge a little to move a 2011 that's been on the lot for a long time? The residuals are so low now that the 2012s are coming out. And do you know the exact residuals and MF for January (12k, 36m)? Thanks for any help.
