yes I just received a set for my '07 E90. I can attach the inboard screw hole pretty easily but the outboard screw hole is another story. On my car, there is connector on each side of the snorkel that has a split on the end in order to keep the connector in place. I think the outboard hole in the scoop would fit over it if not for the split. So far though, I've been unable to remove the connector or get the scoop to snap through the split end of it. I'm guessing there is a simple method or another type of connector to substitute in its place. For now, it looks like the inboard connectors might hold but I'd prefer to attach on the outboard side to give the scoop more stability. If I figure it out first, I'll let you know. Any guidance out there is appreciated.

You are trying to remove the split end connector? If you look at the top of that connector there is a pin that slides down through it that splits it. Pry this pin out with a flat head screw driver and the connector slides right out in tact and can be used again. For full instructions look up the instructions for how to install the AFE scoops and use those as a guideline.

Just pull that pin out along with the clip that the pin went into. Then remove the bottom grill. Put the scoop inside. Align the holes of the scoop with the snorkel holes and put the clip/pins back in
