Hey guys, just saw premium gas in Paoli at the Lukoil station hit $4.10/a gallon. Also heard that the Wawa stations have to close because of a software problem where the price board can't dislpay more that $3.99, so they have to close them until they can get the software updated.

its probably costing them more to stay closed than to just sell at $3.99 a gallon

You would think so, unless this software update isn't going to take more than a few hours.

Paid $3.77 or $3.79 Mon night at the Shell on RT 30 and 113 in Downingtown for 93 (VPower).

I can not believe I am going to say this, but that is a pretty good price! I had to wait in line, but I am not complaining....

The wawa gas station I go to is still open on Bethlehem Pike.

That shell station has the best prices in the area, although I was there Tuesday night and paid $3.75, and then went by there yesterday and it was up to $3.84.

Man, these fuel prices are ridiculous! I feel for anyone that drives a V-8/needs premium...i.e. Mustang GT, Escalade among others

They just reopened on Wed. I'm headed there within the hour to refill some empty beer growlers. Probably will be mobbed, first weekend after re-opening. The new floor plan should have more capacity.

Any change of mind about making it to the Week10 G2G next weekend?

It will not flat out until $5-$6 /gallon. (Normal price level is $1/gallon per $20/barrel crude oil).

nah. Between now and elections, I can't see it getting too much higher.

Nov. 3rd, oil is gonna plummet, and the dollar is gonna soar.
Jan. 21st, oil is gonna plummet even more, and the dollar is gonna get stronger.

By this time next year, premium will be between $2/gal and $2.50/gal. Regular will settle around $2/gal.

Watch, and see.

The closest shell around me is like 30 minutes away
