Time for new tires...
Car is 2007 E92 stock sport suspension Wheels are: 19x8.5 et35 19x9.5 et30(35 with 5mm spacer) Think I've decided on Conti DW unless someone can sway me. I live in AZ so I don't see an issue driving on summer tires year round. Read lots of good things on the Mich PSS but they are a bit more than I wish to spend. Also saw a lot of good recommendations for S-04 Pole Positions but I dont' believe they come in the sizes I'm looking for. My question is can I run a 235/35 and 275/30 setup? My car is FBO w/ E85 so I'd like any extra traction the wider tire may afford. I'm currently running the 235/35 265/30 setup. I've done a lot of reading and it seems it should work. Worst case I remove rear spacer to restore the offset to et35? Any input is appreciated before I order tires. I believe tires of this size are always special order at discount tire so I don't want to order them and have issue. Not sure they'd get me a different size. Thanks |

I have the s04 pole positions on my e90 and have been really happy with them. Had 2 sets.

Pretty sold on Conti DW. Just looking for a confirmation that I should be able to run the 275/30 in rear with my wheel specs. |

Seems savings would be marginal if any. Got a price of 999.99 out the door from discount. Didn't have any responses for a while so I ordered the 275. Just got a new flash tune and I'm getting lots of wheelspin. Hopefully the wider tires help. If it rubs I'll take spacers off to make it et35. From my reading that should fit. Guess we'll find out. |

Tires installed today.
235/35 275/30 setup. Rear is close with et30 No rubbing yet over bumps. Maybe with weight in backseat. Shall see. If it happens I'll pull the 5mm spacer off. I Like how the 275 provides more lip protection over the 9.5" wheel now. |

Also heard good things about the DWs. PSS are great too, but I understand the cost concern. My vote is for Direzzas if you can swing it (and deal with chewing through a set per year) - best tire I've driven so far.
