Anyone used VHT on there amber

So I ordered the amber gones and I did not get pass the passanger head light. Maybe just me, but it could not cover all of the amber with them. So now I am thinking of using VHT night shades on the just the amber part of the headlight and tape off the rest. Thought I might do side markers and tails at the same time, not sure about thoose. My car is Sparkling Graphite Metallic. Does anyone have experince with doing this. Any help is or pointers is welcome.

I haven't used it on my headlights because I got some euros but if you sand them down it'll be hard to get the VHT off the lens. If you apply 5-6 very light coats without sanding you'll get the same results and in the future you don't like it or even after your done you can use some gasoline and it'll rub right off. Hope this helps
