I have these. They are good but I believe Mtec ones would be brighter than these.
But Mtec one are for xenon only lights and will require slight modification to go on lci halogen ones.
I have bought Mtec one, but did not modify them and returned them).
And later bought these.
See my signature for results and if you require more photos, I can post later.

Hi there, I have just fitted these to my LCI 320d Msport this morning. Not very bright in daylight - I don't use them for DRL's so not bothered about this.

E90liv's post with pics is very good. In reality I found it a lot easier than it appeared at first. The only difference with the 320d LCI to pre-LCI was that there are two 10mm hex bolts to undo the airbox (instead of fluid bottle). This can then be pushed aside when working on the driver's side (or removed by removing the hoses if you need to). It is tight but still pretty easy unless you have big sausage fingers! You definitely DO NOT need to remove the wheels or wheel arch liner.

Also, I re-used the original torx screws as they still have enough length on them to be screwed in approx. 5mm and didn't come out when I pulled pretty hard on them!

Took about 30 minutes from start to finish and I took it easy...

Thanks for the input, I'm still very tempted but I'd really like something bright enough to use as DRLs. It's a shame BMS aren't making a 4 led version, (similar to that made for the e92) for the halogen equipped e90.

Hi Ian,

Light is subjective...whats bright to one person is not to the next. They are better than stock and great value for the money.

Try them and if you don't like them you can have a refund.

Cheers

No matter which LED you try, and put 8 LEDs on one side, it will make very little difference.
It is poor design of halo rings in E90/91 which does not transmit much light.
