------ PLEASE HELP IDRIVE screen WONT TURN ON ----

We just picked up my gf's 328xi from them body shop. It was getting the quarter paner fixed since she backed up n scratched the side of the car against another car in the driveway lol.

Well, when we dropped off the car the idrive was working, 5days later when we picked up the car the idrive screen won't turn on at all. All functions work, including Bluetooth, phone, radio, AUX, voice commands etc, just the screen won't turn on. ANY IDEAS? I can't seem to find a similar problem, just red screen problems. It's been two days now n the screen still not turning on

Check all fuses, it happened to me when I had my bumper re-painted, shop pulled tail lights out and in the process blew up a fuse (car was under warranty at the time so I took it to the dealer and they fund a blown fuse - can remember which one was).

Also it is an option to turn screen off in the menu but I can not recall right now what you need to do to turn it back on, check your manual.

Is the screen totally off or just blank? If it's totally dark, a fuse blew or the wire is loose or something like that. If it's just blank but still has some output, they may have turned it off. If you turn the screen off, it's not totally off and at night you can see it is still on as there is a little light output.

Thank you guys....Yes the screen is totally black. I'll check it tomorrow. Ill post update once I find the issue

I checked a bunch of fuses and nothing. cant figure out what fuse Is for the Idrive. Manual doesn't say so.
