What tire sizes can I use?

I'm thinking of moving to conventional tires from run flats. My 335i coupe has the sports package w/ 19" wheels. The current tires are 225/35R19 up front, and 255/30R19 in the back. I've looked for conventional tires in these widths and ratios, but there seem to be few non-rft choices. However, if I expand my search to 265/30R19(for the rear), some more options pop up.

What sorts of tire sizes can I pair with these wheels?

You can go up to 235 and 265. I think pss's are available in the sizes you are looking for too.

235/35/19, 265/30/19 is what most people run. Many different options in terms of brands as well. Run-flats come in a slightly smaller size with the 225 and 255.
