Upgrading from BMS stage 1 to stage 2

If you are referring to the tune, then yes you can. You but and install the CAN wires.

as well as other plugs that wasn't installed when using stage 1

But I need to purchase something additional to the Stage 1 tune, correct?

To Clarify, My stage 1 tune has CAN wires bundled up that went unused. Do I need to just buy the new 'end unit' that sits in the ECU box? Anybody know how much that costs?

You can buy a whole separate unit.
I am sure you can add the hardware and software for just the upgrade too.
