Steering Wheel

How do you guys clean and eliminate the "polished" look of the leather on the steering wheel. We have an 04' that has a steering wheel that is clean but somewhat shiny. I want to prevent that on the new 335.

Leather conditioner will help extend the time before the leather gets this look but wearing gloves may be the best thing. The oils from hands and a tight grip on the wheel are the most likely culprits causing the leather to compress and shine.
