Is there a PERFORMANCE difference of running completely cattless exhaust than just getting Catless downpipes?? Thanks in advance!

IMO it depends on what power you're making. If you're just doing DPs and a tune then there's probably not much of a gain there. However, FBO+meth running high boost there might 15-20hp to be had, with upgraded turbos probably even more.
