WTB: Upgraded twins or single turbo kit

Looking to buy upgraded twins or a single turbo kit

Hoping for turbos to support 700-850hp

Please write on here what you have and the price, plus the condition/mileage it was used for

Yeah...about that...stock style twin turbos don't make 700-850whp on the n54. That is single turbo territory on E85 or a ton of meth. Don't believe the twin turbo vendors who say otherwise.

You might consider a fully worked block and head w/ cams if you actually want those power levels ~10k

Then of course your suspension/chassis/tires will not be able to put it down so there is another ~5k

You need to upgrade your entire fuel system for 700-850whp ~2-3k depending on if you want pure DI or PI.

The fact you are trying to make this much power on used parts tells a lot. Probably want it to go through an auto slush box as well

Thanks for all the extra information,

I won’t be working on the block

I already have quite a list of parts which includes suspension/chassis work plus already running E50 and going to be going full ethanol in the upcoming month. Meth is already set up so now I’m missing big pieces.

There’s also nothing wrong with used parts in my opinion. Warranty is the only reason to go new. Other then that finding a used kit and doing a rebuild is what I’m looking to do.

Once again, thanks for your input.

2-3k is being generous too. I'm breaking 3k upgrading the fuel system going to Port Injection and setting up for E85
