seems like your getting 1000 over invoice, sounds good to me, no premium ? it will be very useful now that blue tooth will save tickets!

http://www.behandsfree.com/thelaw.aspx

In 2001 New York was the first state to pass a law prohibiting the use of a cell phone when driving - unless you are using a hands free device. In the period leading up to April 2004 the state had issued an amazing 269,230 tickets. At a $100 a ticket that's an impressive $27m!

Damn!

If he wanted BT he could add it for $750. The "no premium" comment was a bit snotty.

i still have the FX, got rid of the G35 though..

the FX is amazing when it comes to SUVs.. it has superb handling and the acceleration is pretty good when comparing it to an average car.. however when comapring it a 335i there isn't much to say.. the 335i is a superb vehicle in every category (except for stock exhaust sound, infiniti wins that one) and will be purchasing one in the coming months

japanese cars in general seem to offer great value and performance, however lack the refinement and confidence of BMWs (i say BMWs only because i've had Mercedes and Audi before and would never purchase them again).. they are right on par when claiming to be the ultimate driving machine.. i look forward to my first BMW.. but there will always be a special place for japanese cars.. thats where my passion for automobiles began.. also with the introduction of the new GTR i'm optimistic for their next wave of super cars

I could not agree more. I always thought when I drive my FX " 45K luxury cxar should have better interior and better refinement. I still think that FX is one of the best designed vehicle in the market, however, I have been reading BMW and test drove twice. 335 i x drive is a fine driving machine. And finally I am ordering mine tomorrow as you see my configuration above. did not get premium or cold weather package,
